Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. There is a predominance of mature lymphocytes These have very little cytoplasm and no nucleoli. There are a few smear cells. There is a degree of polychromasia (odd shaped red cells) due to a reticulocytosis in the presence of autoimmune haemolysis (not present in this case).
