Chest X-ray depicting bilateral lung nodules due to pulmonary vasculitis in Wegener's granulomatosis. In patients on immunosuppressive treatment, the possibility of opportunistic lung infection with Pneumocystis carinii should always be borne in mind. (Case 7.2)
