Renal histological appearance focal segmental proliferative glomerulonephritis . Two of the 3 glomeruli show necrotizing, crescentic glomerulonephritis i.e. cellular crescents, with extensive tuft necrosis, typical of ANCA-associated, necrotizing crescentic glomerulonephritis.
